I love it as always.  Keep up the good work.  If I have time tonight while I am here at work I will go back over it and refresh my memory and leave any suggestions that I might have and of course all the praise you deserve.  I will try to work on "War Torn Hearts" tonight too but it might be kinda busy so I might just have to put that off until tomorrow. 

Thanks for your comment on that last section of mine.  I know they only met a few days ago but that's how Royce works.  He refused to wait to fall in love with Ruby.  I guess you could call it love at first sight hu?

Well gotta go, the cookies will be coming out of the oven soon so I have to get the stuff ready for them so that they can cool and that I can put them out and then do the dishes.  My life is so fun.

Hi, Narelle! I've gotten a lot of text formatting done for Abby's POD, but it seems like there's always one more thing that I'm going back to fix. Even so, I just know that when my preview book is printed, I'm going to see something that I wish I had changed. It's definitely an opportunity for God to teach me more patience! I don't know if you already know this or not, but Abby's going to be 692 pages long. Am I the only one who finds this surprising?! I suppose I have yet to spend sleepless nights trying to read the thing in as short a time as possible (as I'm told some of my readers have done), but I thought the story was much shorter than that. Go figure.

It's great to see you working on your story! I know that going back and "punching things up a bit" and "oops, that should have really been..." can really get to you after a while, but all the hard work really is worth it! You just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other, and even on the days when it feels as though you haven't gotten a single thing done, all those steps DO add up!

"Just keep swimming... just keep swimming..." (Does Finding Nemo count as literature if you watch it with the closed captioning turned on? Hummm...)

What is a tarheel? What is a TARHEEL she asks? *mouth agasp* Why my friend a tarheeler is someone who hails from the old north state - NORTH CAROLINA! Oh, yes - I must forgive - but please . . . try not to forget . . . *mumbles to herself . . . she asked what a tarheel is . . . oh me oh my . . . mumbles some more. . . . sigh . . ." Oh and my heading? The spanish part means, "You alone are worthy of praise . . ."

Narelle, I'm getting closer to releasing Abigail's Journey to the public in paperback! My brother's cover art turned out better than I could have hoped for, and it all looks very encouraging! BTW, on the back cover, I've included some of the comments that my readers have given, and I'm using you as one of them! The outfit handling my POD will be taking and fulfilling the orders, so I won't be able to sign your book-- sorry. But, it's all coming along, and I'm hoping to publish Abigail's Journey in the not too distant future.

Keep writing when you find the time-- I know, the trick is finding the time!!

Still praying for Jonathan and his family.

Hey Narelle. I'm enjoying the story and want to find out what happens next. Great beginning.
My suggestions: I found it difficult to read such a large amount of text with the background picture and different fonts. I would suggest getting rid of the background picture, and going with a uniform, boring but extremely legible font such as Garamond, Georgia, or the ubiquitous Times New Roman for the text of the story. I just copied the text into Microsoft Word and converted it all to another text so I could read it better. Of course, after I did that, I noticed your copyright notice at the bottom--"Thou shalt not copy this story without express permission from the author or risk coals of fire rained down from the heavens upon thy hapless head," and felt quite guilty, but decided you would rather I read it first, before deleting it. Anyway, that's my suggestion. I'll be back later to check for updates.

hm...I am soo not simple...I am sooo diverse...but I can use simple terms to explain it all...You see...you can be a rocket scientist...but if you can't explain it to your little sis...you are pathetic...everything can be broken down to...simple terms...
